摘要:
 针对平煤股份二矿庚组煤层结构软硬不均、透气性差且无保护层开采等特点,以庚组煤层为例开展沿空掘巷卸压区域消突范围的研究。沿空掘巷就是把巷道布置在煤柱一侧,经过应力和瓦斯应力重新分布的低应力场,使煤体卸压、应力重新分布,降低了煤层的突出危险性。通过实测巷道周围应力分布,认为平煤股份二矿沿空掘巷实体煤侧21 m内都属于卸压范围,再通过煤层瓦斯含量、钻屑瓦斯解吸指标(Δh2)和瓦斯压力的测定,确定了沿空掘巷卸压范围实体煤侧轮廓线16 m,说明了在该范围内无突出危险性,该方法不仅具有掘进进度快、减少资源浪费、提高煤柱采出率的特点,还对矿井安全、高效生产具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。
Abstract:
 According to the characteristics of No.2 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Co.,Ltd.,such as uneven structure,poor permeability and no protective layer mining,taking the coal seam of the Ⅶ group as an example,the study on the area of outburst reduction in the pressure relief area of the gob side entry was carried out.Driving along the goaf to arrange the roadway on one side of the coal pillar,through the low stress field of redistribution of stress and gas stress,so that the coal body pressure relief,stress redistribution,to reduce the risk of coal seam outburst.Through the measurement of the stress distribution around the roadway,it was considered that the side of the solid coal in the gob side of No.2 Coal Mine belonged to the relief range within 21 m,and then through the measurement of the gas content in the coal seam,the gas desorption index of drilling cuttings(Δh2) and the gas pressure,the relief range of the solid coal side of the gob side was determined to be 16 m.It showed that there was no prominent danger in this range.This method not only has the characteristics of fast driving progress,reducing resource waste and improving coal pillar recovery rate,but also has important guidance and reference significance for the safe and efficient production of the mine.
