 为了进一步了解煤层瓦斯解吸过程,更好地掌握瓦斯解吸特征,利用现场不同的取样方法,并在不同的暴露时间情况下,对豫西煤层残余瓦斯含量和甲烷组分变化进行了系统研究。研究结果表明,煤层残余瓦斯含量在煤样罐密封效果好的情况下,煤样测试结果与暴露时间无直接关系;煤样罐插上穿刺针头导通大气的情况下,煤样分别存留1,2,3,4,5 d,瓦斯含量遗失分别为15.13%、30.73%、68.17%、73.63%、76.29%,甲烷组分遗失分别为33.23%、59.71%、86.19%、90.98%、93.09%;煤样在完全暴露2 h和4 h的情况下,瓦斯含量遗失分别为24.80%、68.33%,甲烷含量遗失分别为54.53%、83.12%,甲烷遗失速度较快。
Abstract:
 In order to further understand the coal gas desorption process,better grasp the gas desorption characteristics,using the different sampling methods,the variation of residual gas content and methane composition in western Henan coal seam under different exposure time was systematically studied.The research results showed that,under the condition of good sealing effect of coal sample tank,there is no direct relationship between coal sample test results and exposure time.When the puncture needle is inserted into the coal sample tank to conduct air conduction,the coal sample will remain for 1 day,2 days,3 days,4 days and 5 days,and the gas content will be lost by 15.13%,30.73%,68.17%,73.63% and 76.29%,respectively.The methane component will be lost by 33.23%,59.71%,86.19%,90.98% and 93.09%,respectively.When the coal samples are completely exposed for 2 hours and 4 hours,the gas content loss is 24.80% and 68.33%,the methane content loss is 54.53% and 83.12%,respectively,and the methane loss rate is relatively fast.
