摘要:
 鹤煤八矿3203综采工作面为突出煤层采煤工作面,在回采过程中采用顶板裂隙多层位全覆盖布孔抽采技术杜绝瓦斯超限问题。针对煤层大采高采煤的工作面,综合采用大直径顺层钻孔的瓦斯预抽消突、高位裂隙钻场采空区抽放瓦斯等技术方案,不仅实现了煤层工作面的迅速消突,而且还有效控制了工作面瓦斯涌出,控制了瓦斯超限及积聚,确保了综采面高效安全的生产。
Abstract:
 3203 fully-mechanized working face of Hebi No.8 Mine is a working face with high gas outburst danger,and roof fissure multi-layer full-coverage hole layout drainage technology was used to eliminate the problem of gas exceeding the limit in the mining process.Aiming at the coal face with large mining height in coal seam,the technical schemes of gas pre-drainage and outburst elimination by large diameter boreholes along seam and gas drainage in goaf of high-level fissure drilling site were comprehensively adopted,not only realized the rapid outburst elimination of coal seam on working face,but also effectively controlled the gas emission.The gas limit and accumulation were controlled to ensure the high efficiency and safety of production.
