 目前随着煤矿开采,开采深度增加与井巷巷道越来越繁琐,通风总阻力不断增大,许多煤矿采用风机联合运转进行矿井供风,但由于缺乏有效的管理手段,对于不同类型风机联合运转无法精确把控。为保证风机联合运转可靠有效,计算其运行工况点对于判定通风串并联运行是否有效至关重要。研发了矿井通风风机联合运转工况分析系统,根据实测数据拟合风机实际运行特性曲线,分析风机以不同方式联合运转时的等效特性,并结合矿井阻力曲线精确计算运转工况点,判断利用该型号风机串并联进行联合供风时,通风系统是否可靠有效、效率是否优化。研究为风机选型、矿井通风安全管理提供可靠技术支撑。
Abstract:
 In view of the current coal mining process,the deepening of mining depth and the laneway of the roadway are becoming more and more cumbersome,and the total resistance of the ventilation is constantly increasing.Many coal mines use the combined operation of the wind turbine to supply the mine,due to the lack of effective management means,it is impossible to accurately control the combined operation of different types of fans.To ensure the reliable operation of the fan joint operation,it is essential to calculate the operating conditions of the turbine to determine whether the ventilation and parallel operation is effective.A working condition analysis system for combined operation of mine ventilator was developed.The actual operation characteristic curve of fan was fitted according to the measured data,and the equivalent characteristic curve of combined operation of fan in different ways was analyzed.Combining with the resistance curve of the mine to calculate the operating point accurately,it was judged whether the ventilation system is reliable,effective and the efficiency is optimized when the combined air supply is carried out by the series and parallel connection of this type of fan.All this has provided reliable technical support for fan selection and mine ventilation safety management.
