 U型通风综放工作面瓦斯涌出特征复杂,采用理论预测与实际偏差较大,无法有效指导生产实践,基于这种现状,以某矿3102工作面为例,一方面通过矿山统计法掌握其瓦斯涌出量与埋深变化关系;另一方面以单元体法为核心,建立简化的U型通风和瓦斯流场模型,分析综放工艺特点下的漏风规律和瓦斯运移规律,掌握瓦斯涌出比例,为针对性的瓦斯分源治理提供依据。
Abstract:
 The gas emission characters of the fully-mechanized caving face under U-shaped ventilation are complicated,the theoretical prediction using the norm is more biased than the actual one,this does not effectively guide production practices.Based on this situation,the author took 3102 working face of a mine as an example.On the one hand,through the mining statistics method,the relationship between gas emission and burial depth was mastered;on the other hand,with the unit body method as the core,a simplified U-shaped ventilation and gas flow field model was established,the air leakage law and gas migration law under the characteristics of fully-mechanized caving process were analyzed,therefore,the proportion of gas emission was grasped,which provides a basis for targeted gas control.
